alright so I know I haven't been updating this at all lately but I'll start again. I went to my friends cabin over the weekend and it was really hard to keep eating healthy but I did my best! and when I weighed myself this morning, it seems like I have lost 3 pounds! whoot. I've also been feeling a lot better lately. so 3 pounds in 12 days isn't bad but maybe I could work a little harder? actually no that sounds about right because you're only suppose to lose about 1-2 pounds in a week. alright I'll up date more later!

I haven't been taking very good track but I haven't broken the diet. this is from yesterday today's the 18th i believe so I'll up date later today.

wow so today it doesn't look like I did so great. although my calories are low my fat and sugar were REALLY high and I didn't get a lot of preotein. Now that I'm actually looking at the lables I'm seeing how much sugar every thing has I really have to start watching it. I'm going to see about that dressing though

Alright I'm starting this journal on july 14th 2006 as my diet diary
I'm 5'1" and 113 and I'm hopeing to lose about 13 pounds. I'll update this journal as often as I can writing down what exercise I did during the day and what I ate for all 3 meals and snaks.

half cup of blueberries mixed in with cup of non fat yogurt and half cup of cherries

yikes! that's a lot of sugar, although most is coming from the fruit, I also didn't eat all of the yogurt with blueberries
