| | wonderful | ] | alright so I know I haven't been updating this at all lately but I'll start again. I went to my friends cabin over the weekend and it was really hard to keep eating healthy but I did my best! and when I weighed myself this morning, it seems like I have lost 3 pounds! whoot. I've also been feeling a lot better lately. so 3 pounds in 12 days isn't bad but maybe I could work a little harder? actually no that sounds about right because you're only suppose to lose about 1-2 pounds in a week. alright I'll up date more later! |

dinner cheese lasagna and chicken breast cal-280 fat-8g sugar-8g protein 19g
snacks apple and specail K bar cal- 162 fat- 1.5g sugar- 9g (and 14 from the apple but that doesn't matter) protein- 1g
total cal- 867 fat- 17.5 Sugar- 28 protein-40
wow my calories are still low but I don't think I got enough protein for the day |

I haven't been taking very good track but I haven't broken the diet. this is from yesterday today's the 18th i believe so I'll up date later today.

dinner asian chicken salad (these include the dressing which I didn't use but I'm not sure what they would be other wise) cal-360 fat-21g sugar-27 protein-12
I really wish I knew how much fat and sugar was in the dressing because I know it wouldn't be that high because I didn't use the dressing.

looks like I should never drink those again while I'm on this 'diet' well live and learn

wow so today it doesn't look like I did so great. although my calories are low my fat and sugar were REALLY high and I didn't get a lot of preotein. Now that I'm actually looking at the lables I'm seeing how much sugar every thing has I really have to start watching it. I'm going to see about that dressing though |

Alright I'm starting this journal on july 14th 2006 as my diet diary I'm 5'1" and 113 and I'm hopeing to lose about 13 pounds. I'll update this journal as often as I can writing down what exercise I did during the day and what I ate for all 3 meals and snaks.
breakfast half cup of blueberries mixed in with cup of non fat yogurt and half cup of cherries cal-209 fat-0 sugar-32.5g protein- 14g
yikes! that's a lot of sugar, although most is coming from the fruit, I also didn't eat all of the yogurt with blueberries
lunch Grilled steak sandwich cal- 300 fat-9g sugar-3g protein-21g
snacks special K bar and a weight watchers bar cal-170 fat-4.5g sugar-19g protein-2
wow lots of sugar and not a lot of protein, I'm going to have to watch it there.
dinner chicken parmigiana, noodles and broccoli cal-320 fat-9g sugar-5g protein-19g
total for the day cal-999 fat-22.5g sugar-59.5g protein- 56g
I need to watch how much sugar I'm taking in!!
